We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

You can contact us for a full refund before 30 days. Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full minus shipping once product has been reviewed by sharing our scent . Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it once a decision has been made.

To start a return, you can contact us at Customersupport@sharingourscent.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a email notice, as well as instructions on how and what to do with product i.e ( candle, bath bombs, sugar scrubs etc ) as some product are not returnable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, candles, bath bombs etc). We also do not accept returns you have questions or concerns about your specific item please contact us at customersupport@sharingourscent.com. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded 7 days on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund minus the shipping too.
