1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within 2 to 3 days of your order, and then take up to 7 to 10 days to reach your doorstep depending on if you order custom product . Each product at Sharing Our Scent has an estimated delivery of 7 to 10 days once order has been ship out you will receive an email with shipping info & tracking number.

it also depend on your mail carrier as some of our product are shipped to your local mail carrier for delivery to your doorstep which could take a little longer.

 

2. What's your return policy?

You can contact us for a full refund before 30 days. Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full minus shipping once product has been reviewed by sharing our scent . Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it once a decision has been made.

 

3. Can I cancel my order?

Yes you cancel your order as long as it has not been ship our yet. You can not cancel custom order, if you request a custom order and decide to candle it you will not be able to get a full refund 

 

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund minus the shipping . You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us as some product can't ship back .

 

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.

6. Can I return an empty product?

Our return policy is intended to help customers who have issues that are related to poor product performance or unsatisfactory customer experience and is not intended to be taken advantage of when a product performs as expected. If a product has been fully used, it would seem that it has met its performance expectations
